Recycling and beautiful writing: a demonstrative workshop 

On the occasione of the IV edition of the Paper Week - a campaign dedicated to information and education on paper and cardboard recycling, organized by Comieco in collaboration with the Federazione Carta e Grafica, Unirima, and with the patronage of ANCI, the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security, Utilitalia, and Rai per la Sostenibilità - a workshop curated by Anna Schettin will be held on April 13th from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the Raccolta Remondini-Tassotti in Bassano del Grappa, via Ferracina 16/18.

Sustainability has always been a fundamental value for us: this is demonstrated by our love and passion for paper, a 100% natural product, ancient but always relevant even in our digital society, worked by us with care and respect for the environment.

Tassotti papers are recognized worldwide for their quality and versatility: completely recyclable, FSC^® certified, printed exclusively on sheet with high lightfastness, vegetable-based inks and on a uncoated, matt, ecological support.

During the workshop, we will discover together how to give a second life to recycling materials from the paper industry, thus avoiding them being thrown away and wasted. We will create a notebook with only folds, and pens made from sticks and tin, with an unusual and expressive stroke. We will learn to use these tools to write down a "good" little thought.
Original and precious artifacts, because they are sustainable, will make us experience the pleasure of producing something unique and handmade.

Anna Schettin, a calligraphy expert, will introduce you to the styles, tools, and versatility of the art of calligraphy.
